(1) In accordance with section 20 or 21, the controller shall give notice of the decision to suspend or cancel the license of any certifying body to such certifying body in writing, and shall publish such notice in electronic form on the basis of its computer data.
(2) The controller shall publish the notice of license suspension or cancellation twice in at least two national daily newspapers in Nepali and English languages. However, due to non-publication of such information, the decision taken by the controller to suspend or cancel the license in accordance with section 20 or 21 will not be affected.
